The project was the construction of a traditional 3 bedroom house using brick and blockwork with a timber pitched roof and clay roof tiles. Built in the small village of Mark Cross adjacent to existing properties in excess of 100 years old the materials were chosen so the house would sympathetically ‘blend in’ with the neighbouring houses.
