The works undertaken were to the shell and core of the existing Astral Towers building to create a new Tesco Express store. The internal works consisted of stripping out the existing office space, mechanical, electrical and drainage alteration work and the installation of new jumbo stud reinforced walls. The external works included diverting the existing below ground services and the formation of a new parking area including new lighting and soft landscaping.
