Ashford Working Men’s Club
Conversion to 11 Apartments & Restaurant

The works involved converting the dilapidated Ashford Working Men’s Club into 11 split level one bedroom apartments with a new restaurant on the ground floor. The flats were created by installing a steel metsec frame within the existing property. The external walls were extensively repaired and the existing leaking roof and windows were replaced. The ground floor was completely refurbished returning many of the existing features back to the building as these had either been altered or covered up over the years.
